Oversized Panda Onesie

Hi,
I love on line clothes shopping. Don't you? I also, love sports direct ( for trainers guys calm down ). I have never really connected the two but it turns out that sports direct have some pretty nice clothes!
( If you want to call a onesie clothing...) So anyway, I was looking for new sports trainers when I came along a clothes section on their website and decided to explore. This particular item caught my eye. A panda onesie... with a hood. It is one of the cutest things I have seen in my life! ( Although my pictures may not do it justice as my tripod was a shelf and I don't have £100 lights were you can't see them ).

oh and by the way the camera I am using is the Canon1200D. 

It is super comfy and warm. The "tummy" part e.g- white circle in the middle is actually a pocket just oddly high. This is so comfy and am actually wearing it right now as I write this in the small hours of the morning. *sips from cup of cold tea before continuing*. It's quite disappointing after you first wash it as it looses quite a lot of it but you soon get used to it.  I got mine a few sizes to big because I like onesies really baggy. It also has quite short legs and a longer body which I tried to hide in my full body shot by crossing my legs really awkwardly...shut up Aimee.

Halloween Costumes

Hiya Chummies!
Halloween is one of the funniest nights of the year! But can be really stressful when it comes to costumes... That is why, I am here, to guide you through this horrible process (from a hotel room in dubai). I am going as Izzy Lightwood from The Mortal Instruments which you can find out more about  in my book post. My friend Clara is going as clarrie... BFF's!! I will be doing a post in the Halloween party! ( if my dad lets me borrow his camera...) here is some help!

The answer is.... NO
You are never too old for Halloween traditions, ever. If you don't have any plans on Halloween then make your own! You could go trick or treating with your little sister/brother ( if you have one ) Or you could get your friends over and make your own Halloween party!

Scary things (duh) such as god I don't know, zombies witches etc...
Animals (see above) such as cats, mice or dogs! ( It's been done )

Brandy Melville

Hiya Chummies!
Today I am going to be doing a post on... Brandy Melville! Now I apologise in advance if I don't always do a post everyday or make it lengthy but I am planning something very special for you lovelies which  I am having to write at the same time as this! I am having to up my postage rate to 2 per day because of this secret project. So here is a post on Brandy Melville!

I first came across Brandy from my friend Edie who had the georgous ' Caroline Cardigan'. She wore it one day and I completely fell in love with it! We went to the car boot sale and I made her leet me wear it! It is so comfy and surprisingly warm ( even though it is really thin). Part of the beauty of Brandy Melville is that most of the things are one size. Obviously; things such as croptops , jeans and some skirts have sizes but other things don't! Now, if you did click the Brandy Melville link I made, then you will see that it says Brandy Melville USA. I honestly had a break down, but then on my friends snapchat story.... I saw a picture of her with BM bags! so I knew you could get them in England.  You see how much the internet has done for us?. Car Boot Haul

Hiya Chummies!
Today I went to the Chiswick Car Boot sale with my good friend Edie .
Here are some of the things I bought!

This is a map of Britain published in 1945. I got it for £2. It is printed on paper. ( cloth was 3 pounds). When it was made, it cost two shillings and threepence.

 

This a little leather notebook from the Middle east which I accidentally deleted the picture of so this is all I have! It is bound by a thread of brownishred thread and is leather. On the front it has an intricate design of a camel. The paper is hand made, thick and tough. I have been wanting one of these for ages! I got it for £3

Ignore the soaked teddies, they are my dogs, I just thought they gave a wee tumblr. look.... What was I thinking!? Anyway, focus on the little treasure box at the end. It is solid, thin wood and has a leather stuck on map on the top and sides. I got it for £1.

These cute little glasses are from the 1980's! I am going to use them to hold my earrings in as I am always losing earrings. They cost 50p each but I got them in a 3 set for £1. They are pure glass and adorable!

Ok, so I may have a little confession to make. I may have bought it for the box... The box is just so adorable and fragile. The brouche inside is quite ugly and doesn't look like eyore at all. Although it is hand-painted and extremely delicate. It cost me £2.

There isn't much to say about it. This is a glass bottle that cost me £3. What else are you meant to say??

Now. I didn't actually get this from the Car Boot. Edie got it from the last Car Boot but she didn't use it. She was going to give it to her little sister but she wouldn't really appreciate the tumblrness of it so I decided to take it off their hands! It is made of old fashion records...

Customizing your uniform

Hiya Cummies!

Today I am going to be doing a post on customizing your uniform! School uniforms are the boringest things to wear EVER and teachers are forever trying to find ways to tell students off! So even though you may get in trouble for changing your uniform, it is not against the rules to bend the rules...

The skirt.

In my school they have a stupid skirt. We used to have a grey tight school skirt but it was so easy to roll it up because it looked the same ( but higher ) so they changed the skirt to a poofy pleated one! Now, you have to wear it on your hips *gag* and it is pleated! If you roll it up it is so poofy and you cant adjust the hem because it is pleated! So, if you go to a normal undemented school then you could easily roll it up! If your school is strict, there is not one thing teachers hate more than a smart arse. They hate them because the students are being bad or naughty but they can't tell them off because there are no rules against it! So, to become a smart arse, you need to read through ALL the school rules ( if your school gives you homework diaries then they are normally in the back of them). Then, do whatever your school doesn't mention! You could pin badges on your skirt and technically there is nothing wrong if there are no rules against it!

The shirt.

White. Plain. Boring. Nothingy. Average. UNunique..... WELL NOT ANY MORE! My school shirt isn't just plain white ( but I'm not going to describe it incase you kill me...). You could roll the sleeves up to about your elbow or maybe a bit lower or you could.... well, I'm not sure if this is a tip or not but when I am bored I colour in the bottom of my shirt or the inside of it, but you may not really be able to do that. There isn't much advice you can give with a school shirt because it is just a shirt! Although there is one thing. ( This depends on the kind of person you are) When you are buying your shirt *s*, don't get one to big because they tend to hang off you and make you look really big and shapeless. However, if your really body conscious ( like me) and you tend to go for baggy clothes so no one can see anything, then definitely go for the bigger sizes.

The Shoes.

my school says 'you must have black, grey or brown leather school shoes.' but that doesn't limit you! You can have a vast arrange of school shoes you just have to think outside the box! School shoes are definitely my favourite part of school uniform  and it breaks my heart how so many people are blind when it comes to school shoes! I am going to show you some awesome school shoes to give you inspiration!

That is just a few of the school shoes I could think of but if I said them all you would be reading into the small hours of the morning! I found all of those picture on this website. ( That wasn't advertisement, I just wanted to let you know where to get these shoes even though you can get ones just like them in other shops).

The Socks 

My school says white socks only although not everyone follows that. Some really nice socks you could get for school are 

Tiny Little White Trainer Liners,

they are sometimes better than full length socks because other socks sometimes bag and don't look very nice. You can buy them from pretty much anywhere. Primark, M&S, Topshop,Tesco......

Coloured socks with frills on the top

These are really nice and they are a way of still wearing coloured socks but the main bit your teachers can see are the white frills! You can buy these in Topshop, Primark and New Look. ( I am sure there are other places but these are the shops most well known for them).

Smock Dresses - guest post

Hi :) Or 'hiya chummies' as Aimee would say. Me and Aimee have known each other for a long time, and back in April I helped her set up a blog. We did a photo shoot as well, which was great fun. Since then we've both changed a lot, and Aimee grew out of blogging a bit, while I decided to take it head on. But her blog is up, running and better than ever, so we decided to do posts on each other's blogs! Good thing I'm doing this post, as Aimee doesn't have a clue what a smock dress is! ( she asked me to put that in hahahahaha ) On with the post.

I'm trying really really hard to get out of this serious smock dress phase, so in order to quite my obsession a bit, I've decided to do a wee post. Being an awkward shape, the majority of dresses I buy/try on look awful on me. But with the smock dress, they're meant to hang off you. I think this is a godsend. I really need to invest in some pretty collared shirts to go with them. If/when I buy one.

How to Have a Tumblr room

Hiya Chummies!
Today I am going to be doing a post on... How to have a tumblr room! Now I know by the title you are thinking, "god, Aimee! You've done a post just like this! " To be totally honest with you guys, the last post was crap so I am making a new and improved version! also, I am going to have a more decorations included ( e.g- only decorations ). Now, before I start, I must make something clear. This isn't me showing off in any way at all because... Do you want to hear a secret?
*I have an uurrgggllyy room!*


Let me start off this room parade with :

Fairy Lights!

Fairy Lights bring your room to life and make it look sparkly and beautiful ! Also, they are an awesome alternative for bedside lamp ( although it would be ideal if the switch was near to your bed!)

Pretty Bed sheets!

Now, I know you think this is crazy, but actually really works!Having not just a plain, white, boring bed, you could have livened up sheets! ( Although, I am not suggesting something like this picture above unless you are very much a girly girl... ) Or, you could go for the more relaxed look and have something like this!

Look up!

Wall posterssssss 

You can either go for this look

The omf I'm going to completely and utterly cover my walls!!! In this case, it doesn't really matter what kind of stuff you put up there because there is so much, people won't be looking at one specific picture. For example someone who was like me and liked music like...

It would not be a complete disaster if you had a Justin Bieber picture up because it would just blend in! 

However, If you had something like this, where you had only a few wall poster, you would probably have to keep it more specific. e.g- This person's room has all got the same brand of picture! It doesn't have to be like that though, you could just have the same sort of band (look at my example above) a Justin Bieber picture on your wall would leave you with a lot of explaining to do to your fellow MCRmy. You could also, stick some BIG pictures on your ceiling above your bed so that when you go to sleep or your are lying on your bed, you can see them in a really cool way! Word to the wise: If you have a bunk bed, I would't advise a picture of someone's face because it is really scary when you wake up  and the first thing you see is a huge face staring right at you a few feet away!

Magazinesss and Books

Now we move on! The thing I have to say about magazines and books is.. have them! But have them scattered around your room. NEATLEY. That is another thing I will come onto. If you are a bookaholic ( like me) you will have an extremely impressive and vast collection of books. Don't keep them all in your room though, keep them in different places and you can keep small stacks in you room! 

Flowers!

Flowers are really great way to liven up your room and add a pretty smell! Any type will do but I don't recommend any that drop a lot of leaves or petals  because it will be really annoying to tidy up all the time! 

Candles!

CANDLES if you want to talk to a candle specialist, my friends, then go over to Edie's blog but I will try my very best to tell you what I know. If you have the choice, go for a SCENTED candle because even though candles are beautiful to look at the smell is even nicer! ( although if you have quite a small room or are quite young I wouldn't recommend burning them them the whole time because it can get very smoky and something could catch alight! If you are going for appearance then I recommend Yankee Candles but again, you should really be talking to Edie about this. For scented, I recommend The Body Shop although it really depends on your taste because some companies are better than others with certain smells.
