Foooood

Hiya chummies, Aimee here and today I am going to be doing a blog on.... Food! ( not my idea) so today, I am going to try and a magic up a slightly interesting blog about food. Even if it is mildly helpful, that will make my day. I know what we all like, deep down in our hearts but sometimes, if you are trying to make an impression, you will try and make it look like you are a really healthy eater. So here, are some tips on what to eat when. Enjoy!x
Dairy- Don't eat dairy if you are going on a car journey over 20 mins ( if you are car sick) as it will make it so much worse and is fixing the idea that you will be sick in the car with glue. Also, I don't recommend it if you are doing an audition, interview, singing exam or play as it bungs up your nazel system. And I don't want to get all technical on you guys, but it is not a pretty sight.
Wheat- If you are going or doing anything nice where you want to look your best, if you are having to wear clothes or a costume that you are not comfortable with wearing, then I would not recommend stocking up on wheat based products. They make you really bloaty. When you are bloated, your stomach basically inflates and makes you look a lot heavier.
Salad- Before I start, this is NOT as don't eat salad bit, it's a how to fill up on salad. We all know salad is really nice and if you are trying to impress someone, then it is good thing to go for, but it doesn't really fill you up. A good idea, if you are worried about being hungry after, then go for the salad with something other than lettuce in it. YOu could go for a normal salad that his little bits of pancetta, or hard boiled egg, for example. There are so many things you could choose from so I am not going to list all of them it's just, non-vegetable based products are much more filling.
Crisp Flavours- Ok, so this one is slightly different. Im having to adapt on my idea for this post a little but as Im completely running out of ideas. This is about if you want to have really good fresh breath, what NOT crisp flavours to eat. Pickled Onion, Cheese and onion, any barbaque flavoured crisps , tangy cheese, Any meat based ones like Smokey bacon, Bacon Sizzler, Prawn Cocktail. There are a lot more but I am only going to list a few. You see, I've basically put down anything that has onion or meat in it. Well, yeah. That's all can think of. Again, I did not choose this topic. I hope this helped. Probably didn't. but thanks for reading! xx

How to decorate your room

Hiya guys! This post is going to be on..... How to decorate your room! Today, I am writing this post with my friend Rachel. Enjoy! x

1. Colour co-ordination
It's always good to have a colour chart in your room or on your laptop or something so you can match your furniture nicely. Also, if you are really messy then having all matching colours, makes your room look a bit more organised.

2. Mirrored Walls
If you have a really small room have mirrored walls. It kind of expands your room and makes it look a lot bigger than it is. TIP- only have one of your walls mirrored as if you have more then you will feel like your sleeping in a fun house!

3. White sheets
If you are not sure what colour sheets to get always choose white because it goes with all colours.

4. Posters or pictures
It's always nice to have some pictures and posters but make sure you do not have too many as this over crowds  your room, makes it messy and is very distracting. On the other hand, having nothing on your walls makes it look plain and boring.
That's all I have for you guys, see ya' later, Alligator.

Audition Advice

Hiya chummies,
Today I'm doing a slightly different post. I'm gonna be doing a post on..... Audition tips! I do auditions a lot and not any more, but I used to get really stressed before auditions. However, from experience I have learned many ways of dealing with stress and anxiety.

1. Drink water
I know it may seem obvious, but as you all may well know, water gives you relief, calms you down a little bit, but what I find with drinking water before going into an audition is that I don't want to be running my lines the whole time as I would get to familiar and probably mess up or something ( also, if you know them off by heart, you can't really get any better) so drinking water gives me something to do.

2. Looking around
I know it may sound weird but casting agencies are always behind schedule so I find a really great time passer ( or something to keep your mind off your audition) is looking around at all the other girls or boys and guessing a) wether they'd ever been in anything b) what kind of thing they'd been in c) how many auditions are jobs they had had. You know, there is so much you can tell from a person by just looking at them, if you look hard enough.

3. Waiting back
As I said earlier on, you can never trust casting agencies to stick to their timetable so what I always like, is to stay in the car or go to a cafe for a bit before you go on to wait for your turn as a) you can make as much noise as you want b) you can talk to your  parent/ whoever is taking you there about anything you want and you don't have to feel really self conscious as you're around competition.

4. Not making a big deal
When you go back to school/ uni the next day then one of the worst things you could do is to go blabbing about how you did an audition for blah blah blah and stuff and then everyone will get really excited about it. And it's all good while it lasts until you have waited a few weeks until you figure that you haven't got it. If they people you told don't do auditions, then they. Won't really understand the whole process if things and how many people try and what the casting people are looking for. They will probably just think that you didn't do well enough. Although YOU DID. Your agent wouldn't out you up for something unless he/she thought you were definitely a good enough actor. Casting agencies only say no of you don't like right. If your too tall, too short, wrong hair or eye colour, you don't match the actor who is playing the older or younger you or you don't fit in with the family. It is nothing to do with your acting capability.

Hope this helped!! X
