Granny takes a Dip- Lush

Hi,
I went into Lush the other day and got this bath bomb that I have never actually bought before. It practically smells like all of Lush mixed into one. I really recommend buying it because it is huge and makes the water go bright pink. Here is the results:

If you are fond of Lush I really recommend you trying this one because, you know when people say ' I love the smell of Lush' They are basically saying ' I love the smell of Granny Takes a Dip'. The title is a bit misleading, it has nothing to do with Grannies... Please let me know in the comments if you like my posts about Lush and want more because I'm always happy to do them!

BEEINSPIRED

Hiya Chummies!
So I went to a farmers market a week ago and came across a small shop called beeinspired and was fascinated by what they do! Basically, they have a... bee farm or whatever and all of their products have honey in them! They don't have anything that isn't needed ( ingredients wise) and have great prices for the value! Their products are made with great care and precision. I got the lip balm and the bath bomb.

I have been using this so much at the moment because I have had very chapped lips due to the cold, It's a very soft and kind on the lips and my lips get quite sensitive when they are chapped. You have to apply this quite frequently and it is a quite wet but is so soothing.

This bath bomb gave me quite a shock when I took it out of the packet. As you would have gathered from the pictures, this is more of a bath bomb formula rather than a solid one. I quite like it a bit more because I was introduced to bath bombs with quite bad quality cheap bath bombs. All bath bombs start of as a powder like this one and it always felt that the ones I was introduced to were moulded just with oil because the water always felt really greasy and oily. This bath bomb made me so sleepy! I think it is because of the lavender in it. But, I do have my bath pillow so I can have a rest...

Lush Shower Jelly Review

Hiya Chummies!
Ok so I have decided to pull myself together and get my blog back on track so.. you'll be seeing a lot of me (hopefully). This product has been hanging around in the back of my mind for quite some time now and now I finally have it! I'm talking about the Lush Shower Jelly. The one I bought is called WHOOSH and I thought I'd do a review of it. I bought this product from LUSH.

THE FACTS
Ingredients:
Glycerine
Honey
Water
Sodium laureth sulfate
Propylene Glycol
Carrageenan Extract
Perfume
Fresh
organic lemon juice
Fresh organic lime juice
Grapefruit oil
Rosemary Oil
Geranium Oil
Citral
Gereaniol
Citronellol
Limonene
Linalool
( all the ones with really weird names naturally occur in essentials oils )

How to use:
Get it out of the tub and basically use it like a bar of soap. You can pull it apart to make it easier to hold but I find it prettier in the pot if it is whole.

I used this this morning and I fell in love! It smells like a rainforest. It is so strong and citrusy but it is not unpleasantly strong at all! I was so amazed when I was at the till and they handed me back so much change! This is only £3.50!!!! And lasts forever. Lush is also a beautiful shop to buy products from as they are 100% against animal testing. They don't test anything on animals and they also don't buy any ingredients from places that test on animals. The seeweed extract in this is great for the hair and scalp, surprising because I thought it would make your hair greasy but it doesn't!
All in all, for me it was love at first sight with this product and I can't say enough good stuff about it!

See ya' later, Alligator.
(Although I am reviewing this product, my view is still 100% honest)

    Banksy

    Hiya Chummies!
So right now, I am going through a Banksy faze. His graffiti is awesome. Banksy is a street artist in Bristol (mainly) and is known for his recognisable graffiti style and his politcal messages. The mysterious thing about him is that his real name, birthplace and date of birth are unknown! Here is some of his art ( all pictures from my board on pintrest.)

    Beautiful Cornwall- October half term

    Hiya Chummies!
Sorry I haven't posted in aggges but my life has been very busy at the moment! Anyway, today I am going to be doing a post on Cornwall! I have been going to Cornwall (Polzeath) every holiday since I was 6. I'm not going to lie to you guys, it is quite a boring place in the non-summer holidays. All the traders are only here in the summer. The traders are people who sit on the beach and sell you good quality stuff. Some of them do Henna Tatoos, Hairbraids and sell little bracelets. Anyway, they aren't here which is annoying. Here are some pictures of the beautiful place! ( and my garden)......(and dog).....

I have no idea what I have done to the pictures...
I am in Polzeath at the moment!
I'm sorry this has had to be a short one but I am very busy.

    Car Boot Haul

    Hiya Chummies!
Today I went to the Chiswick Car Boot sale with my good friend Edie .
Here are some of the things I bought!
This is a map of Britain published in 1945. I got it for £2. It is printed on paper. ( cloth was 3 pounds). When it was made, it cost two shillings and threepence.

This a little leather notebook from the Middle east which I accidentally deleted the picture of so this is all I have! It is bound by a thread of brownishred thread and is leather. On the front it has an intricate design of a camel. The paper is hand made, thick and tough. I have been wanting one of these for ages! I got it for £3

Ignore the soaked teddies, they are my dogs, I just thought they gave a wee tumblr. look.... What was I thinking!? Anyway, focus on the little treasure box at the end. It is solid, thin wood and has a leather stuck on map on the top and sides. I got it for £1.

These cute little glasses are from the 1980's! I am going to use them to hold my earrings in as I am always losing earrings. They cost 50p each but I got them in a 3 set for £1. They are pure glass and adorable!

Ok, so I may have a little confession to make. I may have bought it for the box... The box is just so adorable and fragile. The brouche inside is quite ugly and doesn't look like eyore at all. Although it is hand-painted and extremely delicate. It cost me £2.

There isn't much to say about it. This is a glass bottle that cost me £3. What else are you meant to say??

Now. I didn't actually get this from the Car Boot. Edie got it from the last Car Boot but she didn't use it. She was going to give it to her little sister but she wouldn't really appreciate the tumblrness of it so I decided to take it off their hands! It is made of old fashion records...

And here is a selection of everything I got!

Now, I know this wasn't one of my normal posts with loads of writing and not a lot of pictures but I decided I just wanted to show you what I bought!
    See ya later, Alligator
